Borough staff remains committed to compliance with both the Uniform Construction Code and the Governor's Order.
With Bucks County entering the Green Reopening Phase, Doylestown Borough Hall has reopened with limited public access.
Hours will be limited to 9:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday, although the foyer will be open for drop-offs and pick-ups from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Visitors will be required to wear masks, maintain social distancing, and observe capacity limitations in the foyer and lobby areas.
Meetings with Borough officials and the review of files under the Right To Know law will require a prior appointment.
Please consider conducting your Borough business by phone, mail, or via the foyer pick-up/drop-off area as space in Borough Hall is limited.

Fire Flow Testing and Will Serve Letter
Making sure you have the water you need is a fundamental part of project planning. If you're planning a project that includes sprinklers or an increase in water usage, you will be required to obtain approval from the Water Department prior to building permit or land development approval. BUILDING PERMITS
A building permit is required to erect, construct, enlarge, add to, alter, repair, replace, improve, remove, install, or maintain any structure or building. This includes accessory buildings such as pools, decks over 30 inches off the ground, garages or car ports, etc. The provisions of the Borough of Doylestown Code of Ordinances and the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code control the requirements for building permits.
