Dennis Livrone has been a resident of Doylestown Borough since 1987. He was appointed to fill a vacancy on Borough Council in August 2021 and subsequently won election in November 2021 for a four-year term on Council, 2022 - 2025. Prior to joining Council, he served the community as a member of the Park and Recreation Board since 1992. He had also served on the Folk Fest Committee of the Bucks County Historical Society for 20 years.

Mr. Livrone is an adjunct faculty member at Temple University and at Delaware Valley University. He is a retired Environmental Planner having worked at the Bucks County Planning Commission. Dennis represented county government on federal, state, regional, county, and municipal planning committees. He has authored and co-authored numerous county and municipal planning documents and educational publications over his 35-year career there.

Dennis holds a Master of Environmental Pollution Control (M.EPC) degree from The Pennsylvania State University and Bachelor of Science in Earth Science Education with a biology minor, also from Penn State. He holds a Teaching Certificate from Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Education, and a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator's License from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection
