How to Get Started

Application and registration for the Doylestown Borough CERT team is handled through the State Emergency Registry of Volunteers in Pennsylvania (SERVPA), the State Emergency Volunteer Program Portal.

It is a secure and confidential volunteer registry site that asks for information about you including your background, preferences, and constraints, as well as the best way to contact you, any active licenses or certifications you have, and other relevant background data.

Submitted applications will be reviewed by the Emergency Preparedness and Communications Board, and an interview with the Board will provide the opportunity to learn more about you and for you to ask additional questions and obtain additional information.
