Scheduled for the weekend of October 9-11, the sidewalk sale will feature participation from some of the community’s favorite shops.

Doylestown, PA - As our small businesses community continues to work towards recovery from COVID-19, it is important to remember they still need your support. A group of independent businesses are collaborating to organize a sidewalk sale for the weekend of October 9-11. Participating stores will have merchandise outside for safer shopping. Several shops plan to offer special sales in an effort to draw much needed support. Hours of operation and special offers will vary by business. In addition to the scheduled sidewalk sale, locals and visitors can enjoy open air dining on N. Main Street. The Borough of Doylestown has scheduled a Pedestrian Zone which will close the block of Main Street between State and Court Street from 5 PM - 11 PM on Friday, October 9 and Saturday, October 10. Temporary detours will be in place for traffic and free parking will remain available in the County Parking Garage at the corner of Broad & Union. Parking will also be available at the new County Parking Facility at Broad and Court for a modest fee.

Our local shops, restaurants, services, and cultural destinations are working hard to reopen. The Borough of Doylestown, alongside local business owners, is working to ensure the safety of our community and visitors.
