Spruance Library
The Bucks County Historical Society's Spruance Library. Is located on the third level of the Mercer Museum. This special research library contains more than 25,000 books and magazines. It also houses many special collections manuscripts, photographs, maps, newspapers, diaries, yearbooks, memorabilia, microfilm and more.
The collections focus on three major subject areas:
- Bucks County history and genealogy
- Henry Mercer, his life and legacies
- Tools and trades of pre-industrial America
Hours:
Tuesdays from 1 A.M. to 9 P.M.
Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Admission (included with Mercer Museum):
Adults: $5.00
Seniors over age 62: $4.50
Youth: $1.50
Children under 6: FREE
