In general here are some guidelines:
Fireplaces - Burning of trash is never allowed. Residential enclosed outdoor firepits are permitted subject to their not being a safety hazard or a nuisance to your neighbors.
Basketball and tennis courts - Must comply with zoning requirements and may require stormwater management.
Cooking stations and fireplaces that are built-in (can not be moved) are structures and must comply with zoning requirements.
